Silky kimono sleeves, gorgeous yellow color dress with just the perfect accessory Mejuri. As some of you have seen either I don’t wear jewelry or if I do I am very big on statement pieces, rather be jewelry or clothes. I just like things that stand out. I always saw other girls wearing minimal and simple chic earrings or necklaces. It looked amazing on them, I always thought to myself I need to start wearing it as well. To be very honest, my eyes just wouldn’t set on anything I like. But slowly I started to experiment few years ago, and I found the most impact on my look by these gorgeous simple minimal jewels. It made my outfit stand out, it made it more romantic, it just added the soft touch which I loved. I was contacted by Mejuri two months ago and they wanted me to just see if I could represent their pieces.
This time I wasn’t hesitant, because I have been wearing minimal pieces almost daily and also with some experience of now styling looks, I was more confident to style such minimal chic pieces. They have partnered with some of the big bloggers in the field. So I instantly went to see how those bloggers had styled their pieces, and what I found was each of them did not lose their individuality of their style, instead these pieces enhanced almost every style I have seen which I discovered earlier with my experience as well. That motivated me to partner up with them and represent my style with new minimal chic accessory. I have styled some dainty rings from Mejuri before, but this time I decided to style the Tuxedo Necklace. It is thick 18K gold on sterling silver. The pattern on this necklace was inspired by pleats with softer touch. Another detail I love about this necklace is the closure in the front instead of the back. It is so simple yet it stands out.
Let me know if you guys tend to wear simple chic accessory or statement pieces? I am loving them both.
Here are the outfit details:
Have a great rest of the week.
